[Pilot Arc Function] The BTC500DP 7th plasma cutter features a pilot arc function, a high-frequency, non-touch arc starting mode. No need to touch the metal plate, just press the button to initiate the arc. With the adjustable PA (Pilot Arc) function, the maintenance time of the pilot arc is extended. This not only reduces energy consumption during non-cutting work but also minimizes electrode burning and extends the service life of the torch head.
[Digital Display Screen] Equipped with a centralized digital display screen, the BTC500DP shows critical parameters like air pressure, voltage, and current. Users can monitor the equipment's real-time status and make adjustments as needed, thereby improving operational efficiency. If the plasma cutter encounters an issue, the intuitive error code system on the screen makes it easy to diagnose and resolve the problem.
[Air Sensor Technology] The air sensor integrates air pressure readings directly onto the front panel of the machine. Users can manually adjust the air pressure using the air regulator, and no automatic adjustments are needed. A built-in air filter and a quick-connect 1/4 NPT air connector are included at the back of the machine, ensuring a hassle-free setup. For optimal performance, connect the air compressor to achieve a recommended air pressure of 70 PSI with a flow rate of 250 liters per minute.
[Cutting Thickness] Powered by advanced IGBT inverter technology, the BTC500DP supports a 50/60Hz high-frequency pilot arc plasma, operating on dual voltage 110/220V with a 60% duty cycle. At 110V, the current display ranges from 15-35A, and under 220V, it ranges from 15-50A. The maximum cutting thickness is recommended to be 12mm at 35A and 110V, or 16mm at 50A and 220V with 60PSI air pressure.
[PT/2T/4T/PA Function] The post time function allows you to adjust the cooling time of the torch head, ranging from 3-15 seconds, to extend the lifespan of consumables. A recommended cooling time is 4-8 seconds. The 2T/4T automatic cutting function simplifies the cutting process. 2T offers semi-automatic cutting control, while 4T provides fully automatic cutting control. The PA (Pilot Arc) adjustment function allows you to choose a longer duration for finer mesh metal cutting or a shorter duration to extend consumable life.
